target blueye 2: AN EYE FOR SAFETY

 We all at some time or the other may have experienced the following situation: you are held at a traffic light, listening to the radio and all of a sudden there is an ambulance with sounding siren and flashing lights behind you. You panic and try to find a way to make space and let it pass as soon as possible.
Would it not be much better and specifically much safer if a warning could appear inside your vehicle long before the arrival of the emergency service vehicle? Target Blu Eye 2 is such a warning device. 

Target Blu Eye uses both visual and audible warnings to let you know what’s out there. Within seconds of an emergency vehicle being in the radius, the signal will be activated and the signal strength meter in your vehicle will give you enough warning allowing you move safely out of the way.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Target Blu Eye is based on TETRA technology, in the UK it is known as the Airwave Network which is widely used for the communication between different emergency services. Due to this highly advanced technology, Target Blu Eye is able to warn you in advance of approaching emergency services.

Sensitivity modes: Two sensitivity levels can be selected on the Blueye Control Display:

1st Highway mode : In this mode, Blu Eye provides the highest sensitivity that the system can detect for emergency services at a long distance.

2nd City mode : In this mode, Blu Eye offers a lower sensitivity. This mode is recommended for use in urban areas.

The Blu Eye’s detection range varies from several hundred meters to about one kilometer. The range depends on the selected sensitivity mode and environmental conditions.
